The acquired entity had been a 50:50 partnership between the original founders of c-m-p GmbH and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.compositesdirectory.com\/listing\/dowaksa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">DowAksa<\/a> B.V.
